SAP ABAP/Fiori Developer

Experience - 5 to 12 years

Location - Makati (Hybrid - 2 days WFO in a week)

Job type: Permanent with MNC (direct hire)

Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

o Collaborate with global business teams and IT partners to deliver SAP Application Development services and solutions for internal stakeholders, including:

v Request intake, prioritization, and task delegation

v Problem analysis and requirements gathering

v Development and support of SAP Fiori and ABAP enhancements

v Incident investigation and resolution

v Unit testing and support for functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

v Defect analysis and remediation

v Technical documentation and knowledge transfer

v Code reviews and adherence to development standards

o Participate in projects involving new development, system enhancements, and application improvements.

o Stay current with emerging SAP technologies and platforms, including SAP Fiori, Identity Management, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and SAP S/4HANA.

o Contribute to the establishment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of development standards, best practices, and governance processes.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong experience in SAP application development, including requirements analysis, solution design, technical documentation, and risk/benefit assessment, with the following preferred experience:

ü Minimum 2 years of experience developing SAP Fiori applications using SAP Web IDE or related SAP development tools.

ü Minimum 2 years of experience developing ABAP-based REST APIs and OData services for frontend or external system integration.

ü Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.

Additional Skills and Experience

o Strong understanding of application development methodologies, including Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework) and Waterfall delivery models.

o Experience with ITSM processes, including Incident and Change Management.

o Ability to create and maintain technical specifications and supporting documentation.
