JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing a team responsible for package software application development.

Support project execution and resource allocation.

Collaborate with senior management on departmental objectives.

Contribute to the timely delivery of software solutions.

Provide technical assistance to team members.

Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.

Coordinate communication within the team and with other departments.

Help identify and resolve project challenges.

Mandatory Skills Description:

Skills: ABAP S4, RAP, Basic Fiori, SAP MM functional - nice to have

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience

Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role years of relevant work experience in software engineering

Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies

Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team

Technical knowledge in package applications

Strong communication and leadership skills

Other Qualifications:

Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus

Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., PMP, CTO, or MBA) or advanced training a plus

Must have knowledge and work experience with SAP Next-Gen development, such as CDS, SAP Fiori, S4, and frontend development skills.

Candidates with SAP BTP Dev work experience are a big plus.

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
• At least trained in S4 HANA skills (CDS Views, oDATA, RAP), NodeJS, Java, BTP CAPM, Fiori Applications, ACR Build

Languages:

• English: C1 Advanced
