SAP ABAP Consultant

Experience: 4 to 9 Years

Location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain SAP ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
• Work on RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
• Design and develop ALV Reports, SmartForms, SAP Scripts, Adobe Forms.
• Develop interfaces using IDoc, BAPI, RFC, Web Services, APIs.
• Work on enhancements such as User Exits, BADI, Enhancement Framework.
• Support data migration activities using LSMW, BDC, BAPI uploads.
• Analyze functional specifications and convert them into technical designs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP technical issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and project teams.
• Participate in implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
• Ensure coding standards, documentation, and best practices are followed.

Required Skills:

• 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP Development.
• Strong knowledge of Core ABAP, OOABAP, Data Dictionary, Debugging.
• Experience in Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, Conversions.
• Hands-on experience with IDoc, RFC, BAPI, ALV, SmartForms.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA / S4HANA ABAP is an added advantage.
• Exposure to CDS Views, OData, Fiori Integration preferred.
• Good understanding of SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, PP, HR.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• SAP Certification is a plus.
• Experience in support and implementation projects preferred.
