Job Description:

Protiviti India Member Firm is hiring experienced and dynamic SAP ABAP Consultants for a lead/client-facing role. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading global consulting firm and work on impactful SAP HANA projects across industries. We are looking for professionals who not only have deep technical expertise but also demonstrate strong communication and leadership capabilities to engage directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and development of CDS Views, AMDP, SQL Scripts, and HANA Views.
• Drive performance tuning and optimization of HANA-based applications.
• Manage system integrations using IDOCs, FTP, OData, and Proxies.
• Collaborate closely with SAP Fiori/UI5 and functional teams for seamless project delivery.
• Use SAP HANA development tools like HANA Studio and Eclipse.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects (including at least one on SAP S/4HANA).
• Proven expertise in SAP ABAP development with a focus on SAP HANA.
• Strong understanding of SAP HANA architecture and performance optimization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills this is a client-facing role.
• Proficiency in integration technologies: IDOCs, FTP, OData, Proxies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with HANA Upgrade/Migration projects.
• Certification in SAP HANA or ABAP on HANA.
• Exposure to SAP BW on HANA or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP extensions and Fiori/UI5.
