Job Purpose:
Under the direct supervision of AVP Sales and Marketing, the Sales Officer develops and implements sales strategies to generate sales in new growth products and responsible in leading the New Growth Business (Sanitary Wares), daily operation which includes the assessment of potential products, formulation and procurement.
Job Specifications:
- BS Architecture, BS Fine Arts, BS Marketing and other Business Courses
- Atleast 1 year of experience in Sales and Marketing
- Selling and negotiation skills
- Strategic Thinking
- Driving skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the new growth products assigned to him/her with the end in view of selling company products at the volume equivalent to the quota or even more that the same.
- Oversee procurement, importation and production of new growth products.
- Lead mid and long term portfolio strategy, business, model, stock policy, and demand planning.
- Specifies product to our local and export customer.
- Coordinates with FGW and QA regarding stocks reservation and product quality assurance check.
- Processes the requirement of the export customers by preparing the pre pro-forma invoice to document the order.
- Coordinates with the Purchasing Officer (Import/Export) to collect payments and dispatch the orders to customer.
- Reviews the stock position of allied products on a weekly basis.
- Prepares the Purchase requisition of items with critical stock level and new requirements.
- Formulate overall sales and marketing strategy for new growth products.
- Implement marketing plans and programs to promote the new products.
- Monitor and analyze competitive trade activities.
- Manage budget and trade spend within agreed targets.
- Prepare and consolidate monthly KPI reports.
