Job Description
Job Overview:
-To prepare detailed engineering design drawings of sanitary sewer, vent, water, fire protection and storm systems of the building and land development.
-To prepare and lay out the masterplan utilities of the site development plan.
-To conduct Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities for completed utilities.
Qualifications
-Licensed Electrical Engineer or Registered Sanitary Engineer
-With at least 2 years of experience in handling real estate projects specifically in construction, engineering and budget management.
Knowledge
-National Building Code
-Local Government Unit (LGU) Ordinances
-House, Building and Land Development Process
-and Engineering Tools and Programs
-MS Office Applications
