Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Caloocan City. The Salesperson will assist customers in selecting table tennis equipment, explain product features and benefits, and provide personalized recommendations based on skill level and training needs. Daily responsibilities include managing in-store displays, maintaining inventory, processing sales transactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role also involves supporting promotional activities and actively engaging in upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
Sales and retail experience, including product recommendation, upselling, and handling point-of-sale systems.
Interest or background in table tennis, with the ability to learn technical details of equipment and training services.
Good communication skills in English and Filipino, with clear and professional presentation abilities.
Basic organizational and inventory management skills to maintain stock levels and store orderliness.
Ability to work on-site in Caloocan City on a full-time schedule from Monday to Saturday.
High level of integrity, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset.
