The GT Salesperson drives Dayabumi's community-level market presence by growing and servicing the General Trade network in Camarines Sur. This role builds product trial, awareness, and organic demand ahead of Modern Trade conversion. Incentives and allowances will be given based on sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily store visits per assigned route, logging Call Sheet, Daily Sales, and geotagged updates.
- Onboard GT stores and grow active store count to hit KPI targets.
- Take orders, confirm stock availability, and coordinate delivery with Logistics.
- Collect payments per SOP and remit to the Staff Admin on schedule.
- Execute in-store visibility and promo activities to drive trial and repeat purchases.
- Monitor competitor activity and pricing at store level.
- Maintain accurate customer records and flag problem accounts.
- Report daily visit and sales results.
Qualifications:
- Proven track records of achieving KPIs targets.
- High school diploma required; college-level education in Business, Marketing, or related field an advantage.
- 1+ years of field sales, merchandising, or route sales experience; FMCG/baby care category experience a plus.
- Valid driver's license preferred; ability to operate a vehicle for route coverage is a plus, with gas allowance provided.
- Comfortable with basic smartphone-based reporting tools (Google Forms, messaging apps).
- Strong interpersonal skills — able to build trust with store owners at the community level.
- Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
