We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Tester with 4-9 years of experience to join our team in Metro Manila. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing Salesforce applications, ensuring high quality and performance of our software products.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues in the testing process.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
• Conduct regression testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing as required.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
• Maintain and update testing documentation and reports.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-9 years of experience in software testing, specifically with Salesforce applications.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and its functionalities.
• Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks relevant to Salesforce.
• Experience with Agile methodology and participating in Agile ceremonies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
