Job Description

Objectives

Role Description

Technical Leadership

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
  • Oversee the development of solutions, including technical design, coding, testing, and documentation
  • Ensure the implementation of best practices in development and maintenance

Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and evaluate new team members
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members are meeting their objectives

Agile Responsibilities

  • Supervise and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as grooming sessions and poker planning
  • Ensure accurate estimation and prioritization of tasks during grooming and planning sessions
  • Collaborate with the Scrum Master and Product Owner to ensure smooth execution of Agile processes and timely delivery of project milestones
  • Collaborate with the Technical Architect of the project

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all solution developed meets the quality standards
  • Conduct regular code reviews and security audits
  • Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks

Innovation and Improvement

  • Stay updated with the latest salesforce trends and technologies
  • Encourage continuous learning and improvement within the team
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and quality

Profile

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT
  • Good analysis and solution design skills.
  • 7+ years of experience in a hands-on technical/development role.
  • 5+ years of hands-on in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce applications including Visual Force and Apex, Lightning Web Component, Trigger, and Flow.
  • Current Salesforce Platform Developer 1 or 2 certification
  • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator/Advanced Administrator, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud
  • Depth knowledge and successful implementation of Salesforce development best practices
  • Exposure to Git based tools like BitBucket
  • Exposure to VSCode, Salesforce DX, Tooling, Metadata APIs
  • Proficiency in DevOps concepts for delivery and CI/CD
