Salesforce Technical Lead / Architect / Manager Senior Manager

We are looking for experienced Salesforce Technical Leads, Solution Architects, Managers, and Senior Managers to join our growing team. This is a multi-opening opportunity for professionals with strong Salesforce technical expertise, architecture experience, leadership capabilities, and enterprise delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and support Salesforce solutions across enterprise, managed services, outsourced technology operations, and support environments.
• Design and implement scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions and architectures across complex enterprise environments.
• Provide strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, data models, automation/Flows, security, access controls, platform governance, and scalable solution design.
• Lead technical delivery from solution design and development through testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
• Work hands-on with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce platform architecture, integrations, and governor limits.
• Ensure secure and compliant solutions through strong understanding of Salesforce security, data compliance, access controls, and secure integrations.
• Lead testing, release management, defect management, deployment strategy, and ITIL-based service delivery.
• Conduct code reviews, technical assessments, solution reviews, and architecture discussions.
• Lead complex programs and collaborate with clients, hiring/business stakeholders, developers, technical consultants, and cross-functional teams.
• For Architect-level roles, participate in client pre-sales engagements, solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, technical presentations, and solution consulting.
• Manage, coach, and mentor Salesforce developers and technical consultants.
• Drive technical excellence, operational efficiency, platform governance, and continuous improvement across Salesforce environments.
• Provide technical leadership and support decision-making across complex Salesforce initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, configuration, solution design, and architecture.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Salesforce Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Salesforce Flows and automation
• Data modeling
• Salesforce security and access controls
• Integrations
• Platform architecture
• Governor limits
• Data compliance and secure integrations
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations or managed services.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, deployment, release management, and defect management.
• Experience working with complex stakeholder environments and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong consulting, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Leadership experience in people management, coaching, mentoring, and technical team management, particularly for Manager/Senior Manager roles.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Salesforce Certifications

Relevant Salesforce certifications are highly preferred, including:

• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Platform Developer II
• Salesforce Application Architect
• Other relevant Salesforce Architect certifications

Candidates without Salesforce certifications may still be considered. Trailhead points will also be reviewed, with higher Trailhead points considered an advantage.
