Job Description
Qmulus Solutions is more than just a trusted Virtual Staffing provider headquartered in Victoria, BC—we're a people-first company redefining how teams connect across borders. With a reputation for excellence and innovation, we're proud to be expanding our offshore operations in the Philippines, creating exciting opportunities for talented professionals to join a dynamic, global team.
As we continue to scale, we're looking for passionate individuals ready to make an impact and grow with us.
We are looking for a high-agency, tech-adaptable Systems & Automation Engineer to own, optimize, and scale our go-to-market tech ecosystem. Salesforce is our core foundation, but our stack is dynamic—incorporating tools like Claude Code, Clay, custom webhooks, and modern AI automation platforms.
This role will allow you to work across Salesforce, automation, integrations, and AI technologies, while solving complex problems and learning new tools and codebases as needed. You'll have the opportunity to build scalable solutions and improve workflows—not just fix issues.
Key Responsibilities
- System Architecture & Salesforce Mastery: Design, build, and maintain robust solutions in Salesforce (Flows, data architecture, security model, integrations).
- Proactive Problem Diagnosis: Investigate broken logic, user friction, and edge-case errors across systems. Identify root causes and refactor architecture to eliminate recurring issues.
- Rapid Tool Adoption & AI Integration: Pick up new tools (Clay, modern data enrichment tools, integration platforms) on short notice. Actively utilize AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) to write scripts, debug logic, and accelerate workflow builds.
- Cross-System Automation: Connect disparate GTM tools, APIs, and data sources into cohesive, scalable automated pipelines.
- Documentation & Impact: Conduct precise functional testing, assess change impacts, and maintain clear documentation so systems remain maintainable by the broader team.
Job Specification
- 3+ Years of Core Salesforce Operations: Hands-on experience designing and managing Salesforce architecture (Flows, custom objects, data model, permission sets, and third-party integrations).
- Multi-Tool & Integration Experience: Proven track record of connecting Salesforce to external GTM tools (e.g., Clay, n8n, Zapier, Make, dynamic webhooks, or enrichment platforms).
- AI-Assisted Execution: Active daily habit of using AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT) to write scripts, troubleshoot errors, and accelerate learning on new platforms.
- Troubleshooting & Systems Refactoring: Demonstrated experience taking over broken, undocumented, or messy legacy setups, diagnosing root causes, and rebuilding them cleanly.
- Systems Thinking & High Agency: Ability to look at a mess, trace the logic end-to-end, and fix it without needing step-by-step guidance. You learn by doing, testing, and reading documentation.
- Experience with basic scripting/coding (JavaScript, Python, Apex) or a willingness to generate and debug it using AI tools.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder (evaluated second to practical execution).
Working Conditions
- Remote, work-from-home setup
- 5-day work week
- A culture of collaboration and mentoring
At Qmulus, we believe success isn't just about skills—it's about culture, collaboration, and care. We're proud to foster:
