Salesforce Systems Administrator (Remote)

The Role:

The role is better aligned with a Salesforce Product Owner or advanced Salesforce Administrator profile rather than a Salesforce Architect. The focus is on identifying someone with strong initiative, broad technical adaptability, and the potential to grow into a future Level 3 or leadership-oriented role over time. The primary focus is on strong automation experience — particularly within Salesforce Flows and process optimization — along with the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies. Candidates with exposure to multiple systems and platforms such as Salesforce, Jitterbit, RingCentral, and similar technologies will stand out, as this demonstrates adaptability and strong learning agility.

Location: Must be in the Philippines– Remote.

Timezone: Monday to Friday – 8 AM – 5 PM MST/10 PM – 7 AM PH Time

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, with experience
• 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience
• 1+ years of experience working with AI or automation tools within Salesforce
• Strong understanding of Salesforce administration
• Experience with Flow Builder and process automation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Ability to understand, navigate, and utilize AI-powered tools
• Ability to complete tickets within SLA while managing competing priorities
• Ability to scope, plan, and manage project timelines and deliverables

Responsibilities:

• Drive employee adoption and active usage of Salesforce AI features
• Provide training, support, and change management to build confidence across teams
• Monitor AI models and outputs to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance
• Improve and refine prompts and workflows to align recommendations with business goals
• Maintain clean, validated Salesforce data
• Collaborate with data owners to enforce standards and eliminate duplicates
• Continuously identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors
• Govern access to AI tools to ensure responsible and secure usage
• Partner with compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements
