Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesforce Sales Account Executive and Business Development Representative. The role involves prospecting and identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, presenting CRM solutions tailored to client needs, and managing the sales cycle. You will collaborate with technical teams, contribute to growth strategies, and stay updated with CRM market trends to drive business success. A strong commitment to achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client outcomes is essential.
Responsibilities
Build and manage target account lists
Conduct cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Prospect CX leaders, Support Managers, IT Managers, and Operations Heads
Qualify prospects based on business pain, budget, and timeline
Book qualified discovery meetings
Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline tracking
Job Requirements
13 Years Outbound BDR Experience (SaaS Preferred)
Comfortable with cold calling
Strong communication skills
Resilient and KPI-driven
Experience selling CRM, helpdesk, or SaaS is a plus
Nice to Have
Experience selling Zendesk or similar platforms
Familiar with MEDDIC or BANT qualification
