Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesforce Sales Account Executive and Business Development Representative. The role involves prospecting and identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, presenting CRM solutions tailored to client needs, and managing the sales cycle. You will collaborate with technical teams, contribute to growth strategies, and stay updated with CRM market trends to drive business success. A strong commitment to achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client outcomes is essential.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including customer prospecting, account management, and relationship building
  • Proficiency in Salesforce solutions including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with CRM consulting, implementation, and integration
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze client needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Familiarity with industry trends, scalable architecture, and AI-driven automation is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
