Iceberg is a US-based B2B Revenue Operations consulting firm. We partner with growth-stage companies to build the systems, processes, and data foundations behind their go-to-market motion — across Salesforce, HubSpot, and the broader revenue tech stack. We're expanding our Salesforce capabilities to include Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), and we're hiring a certified consultant in the Philippines to anchor that practice.
The role
As an RCA Implementation Consultant, you'll support and advice a lead RCA consultant or solutions architect on Revenue Cloud Advanced engagements with our clients.
Your focus is the build - configuration work inside Salesforce - while the lead owns the client relationship and engagement strategy.
We're prioritizing certified candidates with strong platform experience; extensive agency or client-leadership background is not required.
What you'll do
- Support a lead RCA consultant or solutions architect on Revenue Cloud Advanced implementations
- Do the hands-on configuration work — product catalogs, pricing, quotes, contracts, orders, and billing flows
- Advise on CPQ-to-RCA migrations and quote-to-cash setup
- Contribute to other Salesforce and RevOps engagements alongside our consultants when capacity allows
- Help build internal templates and reusable assets for our RCA practice
Required
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant certification (RCA) — this is a hard requirement, not nice-to-have
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (consultant, admin, or developer)
- Strong working knowledge of quote-to-cash: products, pricing, quoting, orders, contracts, and billing
- Fluent professional English, written and spoken
- Comfortable with at least 4 hours of daily overlap with US Central Time
- Reliable home setup — stable internet, quiet workspace, professional video presence on client calls
Nice to have
- Salesforce CPQ background (the predecessor to RCA)
- Additional Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or other RevOps tooling
- Prior agency or client-facing consulting experience
