As a Salesforce QA Tester Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience of Salesforce applications, focusing on analyzing user needs and designing intuitive interfaces. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will help clients optimize operational efficiency by implementing software solutions and providing training and support for seamless integration. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to implement and support Salesforce solutions effectively
- Designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces to enhance user experience
- Conducting requirements management and usability testing to optimize application functionality
- Leading user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate seamless integration of business applications
- Providing guidance and support to clients for improving user engagement and satisfaction
- Collaborating with teams to develop and deliver strategic objectives through Salesforce applications
- Utilizing critical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 to 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Graphics, Computer and Information Science, Graphic Design
- Demonstrating proficiency in Requirements Management and Usability Testing
