Define and own the
product roadmap for Salesforce-based systems (Sales Cloud,
Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Partner with business and technical teams to translate business requirements into
scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Lead the planning, prioritization, and delivery of Salesforce enhancements,
ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce products from ideation, design, and
development to release and adoption.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, user story creation, and backlog
grooming.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and Developers to implement new
functionalities and integrations.
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Track KPIs and user adoption metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and features to recommend innovations and
improvements.
- Manage communication with stakeholders, providing regular product updates and
documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management,
or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce-related roles, with 2+ years in product
management or solution ownership.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integrations.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud
Consultant, or
Platform App Builder are a plus.
