Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer who will play a crucial role in implementing, configuring trigger journeys to drive successful marketing campaigns and initiatives for our clients portfolio brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing Trigger Journeys: Create automated workflows that guide customers through a series of marketing interactions based on triggers such as customer actions or data changes.
  • Integrating Data: Ensure that customer data enters the Marketing Cloud system correctly and is stored in a way that supports the journey's objectives. Create and manage data extensions, data relationships, and data models within Marketing Cloud.
  • Customizing Customer Experience: Leverage data analytics tools within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and create targeted campaigns that improve customer engagement and ROI.
  • Utilizing APIs: Leverage APIs to build and extend journeys, integrating with other systems as needed.
  • Configure and customize Marketing Cloud modules including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, and Mobile Studio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and IT to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure successful integration of Marketing Cloud with other systems.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize Marketing Cloud performance and reliability.

Required Competencies/Skills/Qualifications:

  • Solid technical background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Stay current with Salesforce Marketing Cloud updates, best practices, and industry trends to continuously enhance platform capabilities and drive innovation.
  • Preferably with email specialist and developer certifications
  • Proven experience in implementing and customizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions in a professional environment
  • Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and Javascript for custom scripting and automation within Marketing Cloud
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, particularly in email marketing and customer journey management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and has good time management and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
