We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Data Cloud Consultant with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing customer engagement and data-driven marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, with a strong understanding of customer data management, audience segmentation, campaign automation, and analytics.
Key Responsibilitie
- sDesign, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud
- .Configure and manage Marketing Cloud modules, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Mobile Studio
- .Build and optimize customer journeys, automated campaigns, and personalized marketing experiences
- .Implement audience segmentation and activation strategies using Salesforce Data Cloud
- .Integrate Salesforce platforms with external systems and data sources
- .Create and maintain data models, identity resolution rules, calculated insights, and data streams within Data Cloud
- .Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- .Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization
- .Ensure data governance, security, and compliance with organizational standards
- .Troubleshoot and resolve platform, integration, and campaign-related issues
