Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer Team Lead to join VI Hub Services Inc. In this role, you will drive the technical strategy and delivery of Salesforce-based solutions while leading and mentoring developers and interns. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality, scalable, and timely project delivery.

What We're Looking For

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components
• Experience with Sales Cloud and or Service Cloud
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security model
• Experience leading or mentoring developers or interns
• Exposure to Salesforce integrations with external systems
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• At least 2 years in a lead or senior role

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce Developer certifications (PD1, PD2)
• Experience with Git or version control tools
• Experience with Salesforce DX
• Experience mentoring junior devs or interns
