We're seeking a skilled SALESFORCE INTEGRATION ARCHITECT to design and build scalable automation and system integrations that support our core business operations. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams across Finance, Accounting, and Recruiting to streamline processes, ensure data integrity, and enhance overall system performance.
What You'll Do:
- Design and implement Salesforce automation using Flows, Process Builder as applicable
- Streamline business processes across Finance, Accounting, and Recruiting through workflow automation.
- Identify inefficiencies and reduce manual tasks through scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems (finance tools, ATS platforms, and internal systems).
- Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely data synchronization across systems.
- Optimize existing integrations and Salesforce configurations for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and access control standards.
- Maintain, monitor, and enhance system performance, automation workflows, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, user issues, and integration failures.
- Continuously develop intelligent automation, emerging technologies to enhance business operations.
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in CRM/system automation roles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and iPaaS tools
- Familiarity with Finance, Accounting, or Recruiting processes is highly preferred
- Experience supporting production systems, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining platform stability
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is a strong advantage
