Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Location: Angeles, Pampanga
Schedule: Morning Shift
Job Description
- Manage all administration and configuration changes within IFMs existing Salesforce
- Platform including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Reporting.
- Work closely with product owners, the sales team and commercial excellence to understand use case and then owning the conversion of business objectives and desired outcomes into best-practice Salesforce architectural solutions including both declarative and programmatic solutions.
- Articulate solution business value to key stakeholders and collaborating with non-technical team members to ensure success.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems.
- Conduct business analysis to identify process improvements and system enhancements, documenting requirements and configuring Salesforce solutions accordingly.
- Identify opportunities and generate commercially sound business cases for the use of addition Salesforce platforms that align with delivering the company strategic goals in relation to operational excellence.
- Work closely with other business systems and Global IT team members to share knowledge and ensure that key person risk is mitigated.
Qualification And Requirements
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II
Non-negotiable Skills & Requirements
- Bachelors degree level or higher in Information Systems or a related field
- 5+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform; especially Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- 4+ years of experience implementing Salesforce solutions across various use cases; including development
- Ability to communicate effectively in English is critical, both verbal and written.
- Experience working in an Agile project delivery environment.
Desirable Skills/Experience
- Working with Atlassian cloud solution products; Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Collaborating with stakeholders in Australia, Americas and Europe
- SaaS company experience
- An agreeable disposition and ability to absorb, as opposed to magnify, stress when working under pressure.
