As a Salesforce Functional Consultant Senior Associate you will support clients in assessing business needs, implementing Salesforce solutions, and providing training that helps improve how teams use business applications within our Advisory practice. As a Senior Associate you will build client relationships, manage assigned workstreams, guide junior team members, and navigate complex situations while deepening your knowledge of Salesforce tools and consulting methods. In this role at PwC, you will help analyze requirements, support solution delivery, contribute to client support activities, and apply a thoughtful, organized approach to work that aligns with project goals and business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client business processes and Salesforce Sales Cloud requirements to shape functional solutions
• Configuring Salesforce objects, workflows, page layouts, reports, and dashboards to support sales and pipeline activities
• Translating business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and implementation tasks for delivery teams
• Supporting CRM implementations by testing features, validating data movement, and resolving configuration issues
• Developing training materials and delivering user guidance to improve adoption of Salesforce capabilities
• Interpreting client feedback and usage data to refine system design and prioritize enhancements
• Coordinating workstreams across consulting, technology, and client stakeholders to keep project tasks aligned
• Mentoring junior team members on Salesforce functionality, delivery methods, and issue resolution
• Monitoring project progress and escalating risks, dependencies, and blockers in a timely manner
  
  

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 to 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science,Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
• Demonstrating Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration experience for client-facing delivery
• Applying requirements elicitation and process modeling in consulting engagements
• Interpreting data to shape recommendations and client discussions
• Navigating ambiguity while mentoring junior team members
• Building client relationships while developing Salesforce technical knowledge
