ROLE SNAPSHOT

You support the development and maintenance of Salesforce environments for a growing Australia-based financial services software company — working across both the internal Salesforce org and the orgs of multiple end-client businesses. Salesforce Flows sit at the center of this work: you build, maintain, and troubleshoot automation that drives how financial advice businesses operate day-to-day.

This is not a generalist admin role. Flow expertise is the primary requirement — configuration, reporting, and data imports sit alongside it. You operate within a defined team structure, take on scoped requirements, and are trusted to deliver clean, reliable Salesforce work across multiple orgs without heavy oversight. Best suited for administrators who are technically precise, comfortable managing multiple client environments simultaneously, and confident navigating complex Flow logic independently.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
• Deep, practical expertise in Salesforce Flows — building, debugging, and maintaining complex automated workflows
• Experience working across multiple Salesforce orgs or supporting multiple client environments
• Solid grasp of Salesforce configuration — objects, fields, page layouts, permission sets, and validation rules
• Experience with Salesforce Reports and Dashboards in a business reporting context
• Ability to work independently within a remote team, manage scoped tasks, and deliver accurately against requirements
• Availability to work day shift: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday–Friday

STRONG SIGNALS

• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Experience with Salesforce Managed Package installation and administration
• Background supporting a SaaS or technology company's Salesforce environment
• Experience with Salesforce data imports (Data Loader or equivalent)
• Exposure to financial services, fintech, or wealth management platforms

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Salesforce Flow development and maintenance

Flows are the core of this role — you own their build quality, reliability, and ongoing upkeep across internal and client orgs.

• Build, update, and maintain Salesforce Flows across multiple orgs in response to business and client requirements
• Troubleshoot and debug Flow errors, ensuring automation runs cleanly and without unintended consequences
• Review existing Flow logic for improvement opportunities and flag risks proactively

Salesforce configuration

You keep Salesforce environments correctly configured — supporting the operational needs of both the internal team and end clients.

• Manage objects, fields, page layouts, record types, permission sets, and validation rules
• Execute configuration changes in response to scoped requirements from the internal team
• Support Managed Package installs and post-install configuration within client orgs

Reporting and data management

You maintain visibility across Salesforce data — building reports and managing imports that keep business operations accurate.

• Build and maintain Salesforce Reports and Dashboards for internal and client use
• Execute Salesforce data imports accurately using Data Loader or equivalent tools
• Maintain data integrity across orgs, identifying and resolving discrepancies
