We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team in the Southeast Asia region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and customizing Salesforce solutions that drive business efficiency and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business needs.
• Implement and maintain Salesforce Sales, Service, and Field Service Cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce projects.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users.
• Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce processes and configurations.
• Train and assist end-users on Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data models and security architecture.
• Ability to write complex SOQL queries and data manipulation language.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Administrator, or relevant certifications are a plus.
