Salesforce Developer with APEX/LWC

Mission

Deliver high-quality, scalable Salesforce features, reusable components, and platform capabilities while helping maintain a healthy, secure, and high-performing multi-cloud Salesforce environment. Because the team is small, this role combines hands-on development, solutioning, and platform stewardship.

Responsibilities

- Develop reusable modules, utilities, and templates used across product teams using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations.

- Own the full lifecycle of developed features: design, build, test, deploy, support.

- Ensure code quality through testing, standards compliance, and peer review.

- Support Product teams as a center of excellence to deliver CRMA assets.

- Support monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning and automation tasks.

- Create documentation, guides, and samples to help product teams adopt platform assets.

Requirements

- 3 – 6+ years of Salesforce development experience (e.g Apex, LWC).

- Strong hands-on coding and debugging skills.

- Experience with REST integrations and Platform Events.

- Understanding of CI/CD and version-controlled development.

- Willingness to work across multiple technical areas in a small team.

- Curiosity, pragmatism, and a builder mindset.

Must have and Good to have skills:

Apex Development, Lightning Web Component
