The Technical Consultant is responsible for supporting the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions by executing both declarative and programmatic tasks. This role involves collaborating closely with senior technical consultants and project teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. The Technical Consultant contributes to system configuration, development, testing, and deployment while adhering to best practices, coding standards, and project timelines. This position is ideal for individuals looking to strengthen their Salesforce expertise and grow within a dynamic project delivery environment.

Technical Solution Design & Development

• Design, build, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and related technologies.
• Translate functional and business requirements into robust technical designs and system components.
• Produce clear and detailed technical documentation to support development, maintenance, and enhancements.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce development standards, security guidelines, and performance best practices.

Integration & Platform Optimization

• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and standard integration patterns.
• Support optimization of existing customizations, integrations, and platform configurations to improve performance and scalability.
• Implement enhancements, system updates, and platform improvements aligned with project objectives.

Project Delivery & Execution

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture decisions, troubleshooting, version control, and deployment strategies.
• Support declarative configuration where required, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and page layouts.
• Contribute to technical effort estimations and delivery planning for assigned workstreams.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Present solution designs, options, and trade-offs to business and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, technical teams, and clients to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly and professionally.

• Salesforce Development Expertise: Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and strong capability in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and platform customization.
• Technical Problem Solving & System Design: Ability to design scalable solutions and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Project Delivery & Execution Excellence: Proven capability to support end-to-end project delivery, manage priorities, adapt to scope changes, and ensure adherence to approved solution designs.
• Integration & Architecture Awareness: Solid understanding of integration patterns, data flows, and system architecture.
