Role Description This is a full-time Salesforce Developer role with a hybrid work arrangement based in Taguig, allowing a mix of on-site and work-from-home days. The Salesforce Developer will design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions that support business processes and user needs. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages, configuring Salesforce features, integrating third-party applications, and optimizing system performance. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and Salesforce administrators to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and ensure high-quality, secure implementations. The developer will also perform troubleshooting, implement best practices, support releases, and contribute to ongoing platform enhancements.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Salesforce.com Development experience, including Apex and Lightning programming and integration capabilities.
Must have a background in Custom App Development.
Candidates should possess skills in Visualforce Pages and Lightning Web Components for building custom user interfaces and components.
Candidates should possess Salesforce.com Administration skills to configure standard features, manage security, and support users.
Candidates should possess a solid understanding of the Salesforce.com platform, including data model design, automation tools, and governor limits.
Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II and Salesforce Administrator are highly beneficial.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, version control, and CI/CD tools is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a hybrid, collaborative environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
