As a Salesforce Developer, you will maintain, enhance, and optimise our Salesforce platform to support organizational needs. Your work will include managing users, data, security settings, workflows, and system configuration to ensure the platform is reliable and efficient. You'll create meaningful reports and dashboards, troubleshoot issues, and support integrations and deployments across multiple environments. Your contribution will help teams make informed decisions and deliver highquality services.
This role suits someone who enjoys technical problemsolving, improving systems, and working closely with stakeholders. You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping teams use Salesforce to streamline processes, strengthen data quality, and drive continuous improvement.
This role will report to the Global IT Operations Manager, with a functional dotted line relationship to the Global Salesforce Product Owner.
- Accountable for the ongoing development of the Salesforce based CRM and Marketing Cloud solutions in meeting the vision and growth targets of SomnoMed
- Responsible for the development of custom Apex Classes, Triggers, and Lightning Web Component (LWC) to enhance core Sales Cloud functionalities
- Responsible for configuration and customization of Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Knowledge Base, Entitlements, and Omni-Channel routing to streamline customer support operations
- Proficient in leveraging Service Cloud to streamline and enhance customer service operations, ensuring efficient case management and resolution
- Assist in ensuring enhancements to the Salesforce platform include training during implementation and for subsequent new team members
- Maintain SomnoMed self-service customer knowledgebase to ensure easy access to the full range of information commonly sought by customers.
- Continued design & enhancement implementations of user-friendly front end UX features
- Continued design and implementation of new back-end system configuration, integrating with other core SOM business solutions.
- Partake in roll out of Agile method of continuous improvement to Salesforce and associated platforms.
- Continually review, document and look to enhance Salesforce to better support the SomnoMed business.
- Responsible as the lead testing co-ordinator for enhancements and new Salesforce releases.
- Responsible for assisting with administering users, data, security settings across the platform
- Priorities system issues and enhancement opportunities based on agreed severity level and cost benefit analysis.
- Place the customer at the center of all decision making.
- Support and work closely with team members and stakeholders to translate their business needs into technology outcomes.
- Work closely with other development resources alongside other internal and 3rd party implementation teams to ensure seamless development environment.
Requirements:
- Salesforce Certified Associate (Preferred)
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator (Desirable or relevant experience)
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (Required)
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (Required)
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (Preferred or relevant experience)
- Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I (Preferred or relevant experience)
