Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: On-site (BGC, Philippines) / Remote (India)

CTC: 12,000 USD per annum

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to optimize and manage our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Salesforce's capabilities, including customization, automation, and data management. You will work closely with the Origination and Deal Execution teams to create workflows, define processes, and keep client and investor data updated for continuous insight generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development & Optimization:

• Customize Salesforce to enhance operational efficiency, focusing on lead generation and tracking client interactions.
• Build and optimize workflows, reports, dashboards, and automations (flows) to support the Origination and Deal Execution teams.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across Salesforce, maintaining up-to-date client and investor information.

Data Management:

• Oversee the structure of client and investor data in Salesforce, ensuring it aligns with business needs and provides actionable insights.
• Design processes for collecting, updating, and maintaining new investor information, ensuring all data in the database is relevant and current.

Automation & AI Integration:

• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate AI-powered tools and automated outreach processes (such as Roadshow AI) with Salesforce.
• Create systems for tracking outreach efforts (emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn) and measuring their effectiveness.

Process Definition & Documentation:

• Work with the Origination and Deal Execution teams to define and document processes related to lead generation and outreach activities.
• Ensure all activities related to client interactions and meetings are tracked within Salesforce for accurate reporting and analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Proficiency with Salesforce features such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Process Builder, Flow, etc.) and reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce's data management practices and best practices for keeping data clean and up to date.
• Familiarity with integrating third-party applications and tools with Salesforce.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus.
• Experience in the investment or financial services industry.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning tools integration.
• Proficiency in SQL
• Proficiency in a programming language
