Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customise, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex
- Build and manage API integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems such as Xero and Deputy
- Utilise Salesforce Data Cloud to unify and manage data across platforms
- Configure and maintain Lightning Flows, validation rules, and user/security settings
- Assist with data migration activities and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during deployments
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions
- Apply best practices for Salesforce development to ensure scalable and maintainable outcomes
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and make recommendations for enhancements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, and SOQL
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration tools (Lightning Flows, validation rules)
- Familiarity with roles, profiles, permission sets, and other security settings
- Salesforce certification required - Developer or Consultant certification acceptable
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communicator who can collaborate with internal and external teams
