Job responsibilities:

Enhancements on Salesforce platform, out of the box features/functions, custom code/logics. To build/deliver increased/improved functionality through a combination of leveraging custom code and configuration options providing a robust system with simpler and faster user experience for internal and external users.

Functional responsibility:

• Development of high-quality code and configuration to support the functions of Salesforce.
• Collaboration with other developers, architects and business SMEs in scrum teams
• Clear documentation and definition of how new/revised code operates to enable others to work with and support the code.

Technical Capabilities:

Required:

• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Hands-on experience developing with Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components
• Hands-on experience configuring Flows, Approval workflows, Process Builder
• Deep understanding of the security model: Sharing, Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, etc.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, Service Cloud
• Understanding of the sales process ( opportunity management, forecasting etc.)
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical design
• Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I, Administrator
• Experience in integrations - REST/SOAP API callouts
