Salesforce Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who can design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

You will work across the full software development lifecycle—from solution design and hands-on development to API integrations, troubleshooting, code reviews, deployment, and production support.

A key focus of the role is integrating Salesforce Service Cloud with Amazon Connect/AWS CTI to support contact center and customer experience capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Architecture

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
• Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing.
• Build scalable Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Flows.
• Design application structures supporting customer service workflows and omnichannel case management.

Amazon Connect & AWS Integration

• Implement and optimize Amazon Connect CTI integrations with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Develop and support REST APIs, SOAP web services, and middleware integrations.
• Enable capabilities such as real-time data synchronization, automated call routing, screen pops, and embedded agent softphones.

Quality, Troubleshooting & Operations

• Perform root-cause analysis and resolve application, API, and production issues.
• Conduct peer code reviews covering quality, security, governor limits, and test coverage.
• Manage sandbox environments, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments across environments.

Agile Collaboration & Documentation

• Work with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, ERDs, sequence diagrams, and integration mapping documents.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of dedicated Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
• Hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud implementation experience, including areas such as Omni-Channel, Case Management, Live Chat, Knowledge Base, or CTI integration.
• Experience integrating Amazon Connect CTI with Salesforce Service Cloud OR complex Salesforce-to-AWS REST API integration experience.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, OAuth 2.0, Webhooks, JSON/XML parsing, and asynchronous messaging.
• Experience with Salesforce Governor Limits, bulkification, SOQL/SOSL performance tuning, and unit testing.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools such as VS Code, SFDX, Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Copado, or AutoRABIT.
• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum delivery environment.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to work Dayshift under a 3 days onsite / 2 days work-from-home setup in BGC, Taguig.
• Available to start immediately or within a 30-day notice period.
