About the role: We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer(Junior to Mid level) with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and administration. Work Setup: 100% Onsite (non-negotiable)
Work Shift: Day Shift
Contract Duration: 1.5 years (extendable depending on performance and client needs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
- Configure and administer Salesforce.com, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and security settings.
- Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (Aura/LWC).
- Customize and enhance Salesforce Lightning Experience.
- Perform data migration, import, and export using Data Loader.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing Salesforce applications.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce.com configuration and administration.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura and/or Lightning Web Components), and Eclipse/Force.com IDE or equivalent development tools.
- Experience using Data Loader for data management and migration.
- Good understanding of CRM concepts and Salesforce best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
