Your Role:
We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Developer with strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills. In this role, you will review requirements and documentation, provide feedback on any gaps or ambiguities, evaluate existing Salesforce implementations for optimizations and improvements, and efficiently design and implement effective Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Review business requirements and documentation for completeness, clarity, and technical feasibility.
- Proactively identify missing details, inconsistencies, or ambiguity in requirements and provide clear, actionable feedback
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce declarative tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Salesforce environments.
- Review existing Salesforce implementations and configurations to identify areas for optimization, improved performance, and best practice alignment.
- Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and recommend improvements or optimizations as relevant.
- Follow best practices for security, code quality, and deployment.
What You Need:
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, integrations (REST/SOAP API), and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder).
- Comfortable reviewing requirements documentation and identifying potential implementation gaps.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications but not required:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
- Salesforce data model, security, and API experience as preferred.
