Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Software Developer you'll participate in many aspects of the software development lifecycle, such as design, code implementation, testing, and support. You will create software that enables your clients hybrid-cloud and AI journeys.
Your Primary Responsibilities Include
Expertise in Salesforce CRM Applications: Assist clients in the design, business architect, process development, functional implementation, and support of Salesforce CRM Applications.
Collaborative Solution Architecture and Requirement Detailing: Collaborate with business consultants, project team and client resources in defining, detailing and scoping the technical requirements into solution architecture.
Proficient Development and Integration: Contribute to the design and development of Apex triggers, Lightning Component Framework apps, visual force/lightning pages and API based integrations.
Continuous Learning and Growth:You'll have access to technical and management training courses to grow your expertise within Salesforce and other areas of interest.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Salesforce Developer with Team Lead experience
- Proficient in Salesforce.com, Configuration and administration, Apex Code, and Visual Force.
- Proficient in Japanese Language (reading, writing, speaking, listening)
- Amenable to work on a client-based schedule (dayshift, mid-shift, night-shift) and in any IBM location in Quezon City (Eastwood and/or UP Ayala Technohub) or Cebu.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Should have knowledge of CRM.
- Eclipse/Force.com IDE
- JLPT N1-N5 Certification
