JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with experience developing and supporting solutions in cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development, system integrations, cloud technologies, and enterprise application development. You will work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions that support business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
- Develop and support Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other Salesforce Cloud solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and cloud integration platforms.
- Build scalable and secure cloud-based solutions following Salesforce and cloud architecture best practices.
- Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA Engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and governance best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and system designs.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment activities across multiple environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of Salesforce Development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience developing solutions in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps Center or other deployment tools.
- Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development frameworks.
- Experience with containerized or cloud-native applications is a plus.
