You Will Do
We're seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. You'll be crucial in building and deploying high-quality Salesforce solutions, working within Agile project teams, and contributing to the continuous growth of our development practices in the following ways.
Technical Delivery
- Develop clean, well-documented Apex and LWC code, adhering to best practices and our standards.
- Build robust solutions using Apex, LWC, and declarative tools like Flow.
- Manage code effectively through source control, committing to local and remote repositories for deployment.
Project Collaboration & Communication
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, providing updates and flagging any blockers.
- Communicate effectively using tools like Slack and MS Teams.
- Keep Jira or client issue management platforms updated with your work progress.
Practice Contribution & Growth
- Share knowledge and contribute to the development of our Salesforce practice.
- Work on engaging, multi-cloud projects within an Agile framework.
- Collaborate with a team of highly skilled professionals, benefiting from coaching, training, and certification support.
- Define and drive best practices for junior developers, internal innovations, and client deliveries.

Who You Are
- You're an agile-minded developer who thrives on delivering value quickly.
- You enjoy collaborating with clients to understand their needs and design optimal solutions that balance data integrity, security, user experience, and platform best practices.
- You're proficient in building solutions using Flows, Apex, and LWCs.
- Your experience extends across core Salesforce clouds like Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud, and ideally includes CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or MuleSoft.
- You're comfortable managing and migrating your work with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, and various DevOps tools such as Gearset.
- Ensuring the quality of your solutions is paramount, and you achieve this through unit tests, test automation, code quality checks, and peer reviews.
- Minimum of 8 years relevant experience
Work Arrangement - Once a month onsite in Makati.
Work Schedule: Mon - Fri and Mid Shift (1pm - 10pm)
