Job Summar
yWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration strategies, platform customization, and best practices. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical excellence, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and executive leadership
.Key Responsibilitie
- sDesign end-to-end Salesforce architecture solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards
- .Lead technical solution design across Salesforce Clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom applications
- .Define and implement integration architectures between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
- .Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, administrators, and project teams
- .Establish coding standards, governance models, security frameworks, and development best practices
- .Review technical designs, code, and configurations to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance
- .Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- .Evaluate emerging Salesforce technologies and recommend innovative solutions
- .Support data migration, deployment planning, release management, and environment strategy
- .Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational requirements
.Required Qualification
- sBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- .8+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce architecture experience
- .Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations
- .Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs
- .Expertise in Salesforce integration patterns, REST/SOAP services, middleware platforms, and data architecture
- .Experience designing large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations
- .Strong understanding of security models, sharing rules, role hierarchy, and platform governance
- .Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
.Preferred Qualification
- sSalesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred
