Salesforce Developer

Job Summary:

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will also analyze project objectives, create customer workflows, and troubleshoot errors. To ensure success as a Salesforce developer, you should have extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems. Ultimately, a top-class Salesforce Developer can create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that meet the changing needs of the company.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.

• Analyzing customer requirements and then designing and developing the application to meet those needs.

• Meeting with project managers to determine CRM needs.

• Creation of technical approaches and plans to encompass all needed processes.

• Ensuring complex customer workflows into Salesforce specific outputs.

• Mapping functional needs to Salesforce functionalities.

• Creation of technical approaches and plans to encompass all needed processes.

• Meeting with project managers to determine CRM needs.

• Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce staff.

• Proper training and orientation to all involved.

• Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.

• Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.

• Salesforce Customization requirement handling as and when the need comes.

• Salesforce Configuration including user interface with all relevant choices.

• Designing business portal along with components like page layouts etc.

• Seamless integration with third party systems.

• Testing the stability and functionality of the application.

• Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.

• Maintenance of user roles to ensure no security lapse / breaches.

Certifications and Experience Requirements:

• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.

• Salesforce Certified System Architect.

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II.

• Salesforce Administrator 201 Certification.

• Salesforce Advanced Administrator.

• Experience developing customer-facing interfaces.

• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms, specifically Service Cloud.

• Experience developing for Salesforce Communities and Lightning App Builder.

• Solid understanding of Salesforce Standard Objects and Business Processes around them.

• Experience with Salesforce Sites, API Calls.

• Proficient in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, and Visual Force.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues.

• Ability to project manage.
