Salesforce Developer

The Role

• Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Commerce Cloud, and other Salesforce technologies
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure system stability
• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality code in line with best practices and coding standards
• Ensure successful integration of Salesforce with other applications and platforms via APIs and middleware
• Document technical specifications, development processes, and configuration procedures
• Collaborate with software development teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members on best practices, tools, and development standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts; Java knowledge is a plus
• Intermediate experience with Salesforce platform technologies (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Commerce Cloud)
• Experience in software engineering, including debugging, performance optimization, and automation of routine tasks
• Experience with Azure (IaaS and PaaS) is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and work effectively with technical and non-technical teams
• Strong eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in new technologies, tools, and methodologies
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced development environment
