About the Role

Atlas NextWave is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's Salesforce platform, delivering solutions that support the recruitment, sales, finance, and marketing functions across the business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Salesforce org, related sandboxes, and sites that support recruitment, sales, finance, and marketing processes.
• Understand business requirements and develop solutions in collaboration with the Product Team, Solution Architect, and Senior Developer.
• Maintain and improve the existing codebase, including test classes and custom components.
• Participate in weekly meetings with development team members.
• Discuss and contribute potential solutions based on experience and technical knowledge.
• Work with the team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Provide demonstrations of new functionalities to key members of the business.

Requirements

• MBO or bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong Salesforce development experience including Apex (classes/triggers), UI components (Visualforce, Aura, LWC), and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with integrations and web services, using tools such as Salesforce CLI, Visual Studio Code, and Git.
• Understanding of Agile practices and the full software development lifecycle (testing, version control, deployment).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and work independently in a remote setup.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Advantage: FFLIB framework, recruitment industry exposure, and systems integration experience.

Work Set-Up: Hybrid

Office Location: RCBC Plaza, Makati

Working Hours: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday to Friday
