Job Overview
Employment type: Project-based (6 months)
Shift: Night shift, Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Manila)
Work setup: Temporary WFH - Metro Manila (Quezon City/Ortigas/Makati/Alabang), Baguio, Pampanga, Cebu, and Davao

The Qualifications We Seek
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers), Lightning (Aura & LWC), and Visualforce
- Experience developing and integrating Salesforce applications in enterprise environments
- Proven experience working with Salesforce Communities
- Experience building custom solutions, integrations, and data migration components
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, workflows, approvals, and automation
- Experience writing optimized queries using SOQL
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality code with minimal supervision
Your Daily Tasks
Solution Design & Development
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Participate in technical design sessions and produce solution documentation aligned with best practices
- Develop, test, and document custom Salesforce development, integrations, and data migration components
- Build custom solutions and interfaces on the Salesforce platform, including Community expansions
Platform Management & Integration
- Support and maintain key platform integrations such as Celigo and Heroku
- Serve as subject matter expert for Salesforce app development environments, including org management and package versions
- Support ongoing internal and external needs for live Salesforce applications
Code Quality & Delivery
- Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews
- Provide task estimates and work breakdown structures
- Recommend improvements for design, delivery, and release management practices
Advanced Technical Work
- Configure and support Salesforce administration features including security, workflows, approvals, and process automation
- Work extensively with Salesforce Dataflow Editor and scripting tools such as Python, JavaScript, and JSON
- Write and optimize Salesforce queries using SOQL, SAQL, and SQL
