The Brief

Reporting as a Marketing Operations Specialist with 2X, you'll be responsible for managing the execution of marketing activities across B2B marketing platformswith a strong focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)to support our marketing teams in delivering measurable business impact.

Challenges You'll Tackle

  • Create and manage email campaign calendars using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Set up, monitor, schedule, and optimize SFMC-powered email campaigns.
  • Build and launch targeted email segments (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU, nurture streams) via SFMC Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
  • Design and implement automated drip campaigns and triggered messaging workflows using SFMC.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests, track performance, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance campaign performance and streamline marketing operations.
  • Support operational requests across marketing systemsincluding CRM (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud), CMS, analytics platforms, and content repositories.
  • Maintain data hygiene, manage audience segmentation, and ensure compliance with data privacy standards within SFMC ecosystems.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 25 years of relevant experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or a related technical field.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builderis strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with other MarTech tools (e.g., Salesforce CRM, Marketo, Pardot, WordPress, Outreach) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with global teams and clients.
  • Detail-oriented, methodical, and thrives in structured, deadline-driven environments.
  • Passion for learning new digital marketing technologies and analytical tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
