Roles and Responsibilities:
Platform Administration & Governance
- Maintain the overall health, performance, and reliability of the Salesforce CRM platform
- Manage user access, roles, profiles, and security settings
- Monitor system usage, data quality, and integrations
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards
Configuration & Continuous Improvement
- Configure and maintain Salesforce including objects, fields, page layouts, and record types
- Build and manage validation rules, flows, and automation
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
- Identify and implement system improvements to enhance usability and efficiency
Change Management
- Maintain documentation of system changes, releases, and enhancements
- Assess impact of changes on data integrity, reporting, and integrations
- Support structured testing, deployment, and release processes
- Ensure all changes follow governance and approval workflows
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and leadership teams to understand business needs
- Translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Provide recommendations on feasibility, risks, and system impact
- Act as a trusted advisor on CRM capabilities and best practices
Marketing Cloud & Customer Intelligence
- Administer Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) and ensure alignment with Salesforce
- Manage integrations, lead scoring, and marketing automation processes
- Develop reporting and insights on customer segmentation, engagement, and campaign performance
- Support data-driven decision-making for pipeline growth and marketing effectiveness
Sales Enablement & Reporting
- Support sales teams with pipeline visibility, forecasting models, and dashboards
- Ensure CRM data accuracy and consistency for reporting
- Enable structured reporting rather than handling ad-hoc requests
Documentation & Training
- Maintain system documentation, including configurations, processes, and change logs
- Provide user guidance, training materials, and best practices
- Support user adoption and compliance across the organization
Required Experience:
- At least 35 years of experience administering Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Proven experience in reporting, dashboards, and data analysis
- Experience in data governance, system configuration, and automation
- Experience supporting sales reporting and forecasting processes
Minimum Qualifications:
- Certificate or Diploma in Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, data structures, and reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and system changes

Proficient With:
- Salesforce CRM (Administration & Configuration)
- Salesforce Reports & Dashboards
- Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
- Microsoft Excel / Data Analysis tools
- CRM integrations and data management tools
Experience Advantage:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Experience in Marketing Cloud / Pardot
- Exposure to data visualization tools or advanced analytics
- Experience working with senior stakeholders or executive reporting
- Background in regulated or enterprise environments
