This role is critical in influencing how businesses implement and manage their Salesforce tools, specifically Salesforce CPQ and Docusign CLM. The successful candidate will engage in various administrative and configuration responsibilities while collaborating across departments to ensure effective solutions. Your expertise will help streamline processes, enhance user experience, and drive overall efficiency in the organization. Accountabilities
- Administer the Salesforce CPQ platform and configure features like Product Rules and Discount Schedules.
- Maintain and update the product catalog, including bundles and options.
- Document configurations and processes within the Salesforce CPQ environment.
- Administer Docusign CLM, including system settings and security profiles.
- Design and maintain automated contract workflows and document templates.
- Manage user access and permissions within the CLM system.
- Provide technical support and end-user training on Docusign CLM functionality.
- Collaborate with departments to translate requirements into CLM solutions.
- Manage the project lifecycle for CPQ/CLM initiatives using Agile methodologies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Salesforce administration and architecture.
- At least 3 years of experience focused on Salesforce CPQ implementation and support.
- Hands-on experience with DocuSign CLM administration and configuration.
- Strong technical support capabilities, particularly for DocuSign CLM.
- Experience managing complex system integrations and project lifecycles.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
