About the Role

As Salesforce Practice Lead, you will own the Salesforce practice including delivery, technical leadership, team development, and practice growth.

You will lead Salesforce implementation and enhancement programs, establish delivery standards, guide architecture decisions, and build a high-performing Salesforce team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale the Salesforce practice including delivery capability and team growth
  • Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementation, enhancement, integration, and support projects
  • Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance across Salesforce solutions
  • Ensure successful delivery across multiple enterprise client engagements
  • Establish Salesforce delivery standards, governance, and best practices
  • Support pre-sales, solution design, and client engagement activities
  • Build and mentor Salesforce teams including Developers, Architects, and Consultants
  • Drive practice growth and delivery excellence

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce leadership roles such as Practice Lead, Architect Lead, or Delivery Lead
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end Salesforce delivery for enterprise clients
  • Experience working in IT services, consulting, or system integration organizations
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce technical experience earlier in career
  • Experience leading Salesforce delivery teams

Good-to-Have

  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Architect, Developer, or Consultant
  • Experience building or scaling Salesforce practice or capability
  • Experience supporting pre-sales and solutioning activities
  • Experience working with enterprise clients
