Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced to provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis (RCA) across Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Salesforce production support and perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Troubleshoot issues using Salesforce Inspector, Workbench, or similar tools.

Analyze SQL, JSON, APIs, and integration-related issues.

Identify whether issues are code, configuration, or data related.

Collaborate with development and business teams to resolve production incidents.

Support a 24×7 rotational shift and ensure timely incident resolution.

Mandatory Skills:

Salesforce Production Support & RCA

Salesforce Inspector / Workbench

SQL, JSON & API Troubleshooting

Strong troubleshooting and issue classification skills
