Role Overview
Experienced SFMC consultant looking to expand into Marketing Cloud Next (MCN), Data Cloud, Agentforce AI, and Marketing Cloud Intelligence (MCI).
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize SFMC solutions using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
- Develop audience segmentation and customer data models.
- Support the adoption of Marketing Cloud Next, Salesforce Flow, and Data Cloud.
- Configure AI-driven marketing capabilities using Agentforce.
- Integrate and analyze marketing data across Salesforce, CRM, Google, Meta, and other platforms.
- Build dashboards and insights to improve campaign performance.
Required Skills
- 3-5+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
- Strong knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and segmentation.
- Experience with customer data management and marketing automation.
- Understanding of SQL and data modeling concepts.
